Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official holidays). Shipping does not occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. During peak holiday seasons, processing may be delayed by an additional 2–3 business days. Customers will be notified in advance via the registered email address.
2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. Deliveries to PO boxes, military addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii are not supported.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
3. Return Shipping & Fees

4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
5. Order Cancellation

6. Shipping Liability
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers. Please verify all recipient details carefully at checkout.
7. Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You may use it to monitor your package's status on the carrier’s website.
