1. Return Eligibility Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be approved.

2. Return Item Requirements

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Items must be free of stains, damage, or signs of wear. Clearance sale items and personalized or customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping fees. After submitting a return request, a prepaid return label will be sent to your email.
  • If you return items due to personal preference, incorrect size choice, or a change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, a fixed return processing fee of $3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Lost Package Compensation

If your package is lost or severely damaged during shipping, please provide photos of the damaged outer box and items within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a free reshipment or a full refund without requiring the return of damaged goods.

6. Return Process
